Prohibited Items Policy

Here, we explain what is prohibited / restricted / not permitted on Cetsy.

Cetsy has a zero-tolerance policy for items that specifically promote, support or glorify hatred, those that promote, support or glorify violence, or are unlawful for sale in the Sellers geographic region. Sellers, who are warned by Cetsy and continue to violate this policy can be subject to immediate account suspension or complete termination of their platform privileges.

By opening a Cetsy shop or placing an ad on our platform, you’re agreeing to our policies and you agree that you are 18 years of age or older. If Cetsy has reason to believe you, your content, or your use of our e-commerce platform violate our Terms / Policies, we may deactivate your content or suspend or terminate your account (and any other account Cetsy may determine is related to your account) and your access to our services. We will notify the Seller/Buyer first if he/she is in violation of our "policies" prior to any "action" being taken upon the Seller/Buyer by Cetsy. Such "action" may include complete account suspension.

Governing Law & Settlement of Disputes
